Trapped RGV Escape Rooms的点评
点评：I hate leaving this review, but I wanted to share my family and I's experience, especially being long time customers. We first started doing the escape rooms 7 years ago, and decided to try out their new room: Project Omega. The last time we were there was back in 2021, as we had done all of the rooms at that point (all great experiences). The Omega room was fun and challenging! However, the service this time around was not great. Prior to starting the room, they didn't ask us about the level of difficulty we wanted (as they had in the past), and when we tried to talk to get their attention for a light that did not work or to use clue cards, it took the girl a while to respond. We did not escape, and the girl did not even show us how much we had left to do (as they had in the past). After taking our picture, she just returned the phone and went to the back. She did not even say "thank you" or "have a nice evening". We were disappointed with the customer service, especially since our multiple visits in the past had been great ones.
