点评：Myself and two friends have just completed a 10 day Huayhuash trek with the wonderful Los Amigos de Huayhuash team.
I have been on many amazing treks in Pakistan, Nepal and Uganda, and this is up there with the best.
Apart from the incredible scenery, what made this really special was the Los Amigos crew. A local family run company they provided both a professional and personal service. Everything was perfect, from the charming early interactions with Anamin, to the friendly and knowledgeable guide Aldolfo, to be the amazing food provided. No idea how Giovanni did it, but every meal was great. Meals included fresh trout, daily soups, and even a delightful poached pear desert.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Just loved this team. If you are thinking of doing this trek...stop looking and just book with Los Amigos de Huayhuash..and make sure you are booking with Anamin and the Valdez Rivera family,
A final tip if Anamins place in Huaraz is available, stay there, it's great.
