New Wave Surf School的点评
点评：Having not done this kind of thing before I was very nervous and excited although my teenage son has been a few times to Donald. Lucky for us it was a small group of 4. My son is autistic with a learning disability and Donald was great with him and I feel safe and secure with letting my son come here.
Easy to book online on the website. The website was very easy to use. You get a confirmation email and an email reminder the day before as well.
The price was very reasonable £25.00 for 2 hours for a child, £35.00 for an adult.
You arrive 10-15 minutes before the start and Donald gives you a wetsuit ( or you can bring your own) and water boots. You head into the changing rooms, quick change and you’re ready.
Safety is very important to Donald and you are given a red - New Wave Surf School stretchy T-shirt to go over your wetsuit so you stand out.
Afterwards you are given your surfboard which you can carry solo or carry two per 2 persons.
A quick cross over the road and you are down by the estuary. You wade across with the group and make your way to the beach where Donald gives you your briefing on how to use the surfboard and safety.
Heading into the sea it was about waist deep which was great and we had some good waves. Donald gives his time to each person helping and advising you how to do it.
At the end of the session the group makes their way back up the beach and back to the changing rooms.
We had a lot of fun making new memories and it is definitely an experience I will do again.
