点评：I’ve loved Coopers Sparkling Ale since—well—before I probably should have had an opinion on such things. Like its bold and generous flavour (with fruity and floral characters) that displays a distinctive malty palate, firm hop bitterness, topped off with a clean finish.
So it was a real treat to visit Coopers for a brew tour behind the scenes at Regency Park. Starting off the tour with 21 other brew enthusiasts at the recently-opened taproom, we went in-depth into the history of Coopers (the last family-owned brewery of its scale in Australia!), the Regency Park site (did you know it’s got its own gas power turbine?), malting, brewing and packaging.
The tour conveniently finished up back at the taproom with a tasting paddle and in perfectly proximity to the restaurant for lunch! Even if you’re only marginally interested in the brewing process, this tour is worth your time.
