Uncomfortable, Expensive Experience

点评：Visiting Canada and out US like this for the very first time going through customs. Flew into Buffalo and hotel in Canada. Our hotel recommended this service.
We liked that they kept track of the flights because ours was delayed and time changed 3 times. Customer service and driver were friendly enough.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The information provided on website could be more clear about the expectations. Unclear about when to call upon arrival to get directions about where to meet driver. It does state this was SHARED transportation and to review information about customs.
Please remove from the website that the border offices are polite and respectful. The one at the line we went through started off rude to us, I believe because said the driver should have gone through the bus line for privacy about the questions being asked. There were 2 other couples in the vehicle, which seemed crammed but again it does say it is shared transportation. It being our first time through customs, we would have liked to be better prepared about what we were going to be asked and the process other than the driver just taking our passports to give to the border officer. Then after the offensive experience then say same questions will be asked gigs backbto US.
Because of this, it made the very pricey service (which is another complaint), a very uncomfortable first experience. The opposite of what we strived for so will not recommend or use these services again.
