Uncomfortable & Expensive First-Time Experience

点评：I had to delete my previous rating because somehow 5 stars was given after I posted which is definitely not the case.
So this updated one will be shorter.
They are good about keeping track of your flights. Customer service and driver were friendly enough.
Website does state shared transportation but we were crammed in a mini van with 2 other couples for a long ride to border. We felt the cost for this was too expensive.
Website states border officers are friendly and respectful. This was not the case. The one at the line we went through at Canadian border was rude- she said the driver should have taken us through the bus line for privacy of questions that were asked. Wished we had been better prepared by driver other than just taking our passports to show. This made our first experience to Canada very uncomfortable.
We were glad we didn’t purchase the round trip option and ended up calling a taxi on the way back to USA which was so much better. It was less expensive, more comfortable room having just my husband and I plus the driver prepared us better of what to expect at the border.
