GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut的点评
点评：First time I took it booked by my company, I am international and had a long line in immigration. The driver was rude because I took longer than they expected to get out of the airport (2 hours queuing and the system asks whether your flight is international or not but not whether you are international so they can’t estimate that).
I only booked it once more in April 2024. It went decent but the shuttle took long detours along all Connecticut and a 2 hour drive became 3 and a half.
This time I tried to book it online and there was no availability for the hours that they suggested so I called saying that I don’t mind being a little longer at the airport if there was availability earlier on. The woman in the phone refused to take a look at it (she even didn’t ask what was the exact trip) saying “it’s just going to be the same”.
I would love to say that I’m never using their services again, I shouldn’t from the very beginning. But unfortunately it’s one of the only options where I live and I travel a lot. Just wish they were nicer and cared a bit more about the service they are offering
