Lexington Cemetery的点评
点评：While traveling through Lexington, we decided to stop by this beautiful cemetery and pay our respects to a few notable people.
Jim Varney, famous for the Ernest Movies and Slinky Dog of the Toy Story films. A beautiful tribute to the late actor. I left behind a cross after saying a prayer.
Ralph W. Goody, famous for being the gangster on the tv of the Hone Alone films. Merry Christmas ya filthy animal! Respects paid.
Adolph Rupp,, nicknamed "The Baron of the Bluegrass", was a college basketball coach and Hall of Famer who led the University of Kentucky Wildcats from 1930–1972. During his tenure, Kentucky won four NCAA championships (1948, 1949, 1951, 1958), one NIT title in 1946, and 27 Southeastern Conference (SEC) regular season titles. Rupp's 82.2% winning percentage is still an NCAA record. He was also the co-coach of the 1948 U.S. Olympic gold medal basketball team. A very unique gravestone with a 3D basketball in the monument. Our respects paid to a great coach.
