点评：My visits to Figa were always full of hope that something will improve. I went first time in the summer of 2017 then another two times in the coming years and last time in 2021. It doesn’t bother me so much the costs of the the entry tickets if the cleanness and the quality of the amenities from this facility remain reflected in the money that you are paying.
But the sad reality is that you are driving there, paying the entry ticket then separately you are paying for the waterslides ; there are 2 types of payment costs for the waterslides because one slide has inside lights and a fee and there are other 3 slides with other cost. If you want to use the sauna and indoor pool you pay separately again. In the end you end up having 3-4 paper bracelets on your wrist- proof that you have paid your dues.
The beach chairs are dirty ; just the rain would wash them. The water in the kids pool with the lazy river is always very cold and with dirt (grass, stones, mud, bugs / whatever). For the little kids pool they improvised a “special” pool - first designed as an area of washing feet before entering one of the larger pools; somehow they realized that in the whole huge complex they didn’t considered having a little children’s pool. So - improvising- why not. They added in that washing feet area 2 mini slides and a water spout and done! Needless to say that the floor of the little kids / baby pool is made of concrete. Kids safety is not a priority ; what if you just scrape your knees? You grow up more careful!
The toilets are very dirty; a total nightmare when you have to take in a little one.
They sell alcohol in the premises and no one is watching for safety rules . Food is of a mediocre quality, blending with the rest of the facility.
Yes, there are therapeutic waters … but you will not get to enjoy those because you will be too overwhelmed with the rest of the things that are happening around you. And yes, one pool is heated, but it is so crowded that you can’t possibly have a good time. The whole facility is crowded on a regular basis but it gets very very crowded especially in the weekends or officially given free days.
Parking is on dirt, on a hill side. No pavement. I do not advise renting those “charming” wooden cabins that are available for rent around the facility. I passed by and they looked small and I noticed loud music. It might last the loud music even in the night hours.
