点评：I had a very disappointing experience during my honeymoon.
The Grand Island Tour was supposed to be one of the highlights of our trip, but it turned into one of the worst experiences instead.
At the Paleokastritsa stop, we were given the option of taking an additional paid boat tour or swimming in the sea. This extra boat tour had not been clearly mentioned beforehand. I chose to swim. However, after returning from the sea, there was no place provided to rinse off or clean the sand from my feet.
When I tried to get back on the bus, the driver refused to let me board, shouted at me in front of other passengers, and handed me a dirty brush to clean my feet. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially during their honeymoon.
What made the situation even worse was that responsibility was later shifted to another company, leaving no clear accountability. From a customer perspective, I expected a professional, respectful, and well-organized experience, but instead encountered poor coordination and unacceptable treatment.
I cannot recommend this tour to anyone who expects basic standards of customer service, professionalism, and respect.
