点评：The trip and experience was fun. However, there were a couple of issues we experience were on the Noyo Rail Bike. All the lunches were mixed up pretty much everyone had the wrong sandwich, drink, and none of them came with desert, as advertised. For approximately $500, the person making the lunches could pay a little more attention to detail. When the guide (Dylan) heard about this lunch mix up, all he said was that we can go to their depot and complain, and did really have an apologetic attitude about the lunches. This could be concerning due to allergies. The other issue is that 4 bike’s batteries died on the way back causing multiple 15 to 20 minute delays while we had to wait for the guide told swap the battery ones everyone regrouped. The guide told us that 3 to 4 bikes experience dead batteries every trip. With the frequency of this issue, it seems like a very solvable problem. Especially since one of the guides had a 6 wheel bike that they could easily rig up a charging system with RV batteries to charge replacement batteries and swap all of them out during lunch. Would recommend this to others with the warning that you should expect delays on the return trip. We were supposed to be back at 3, and did not end up back at our vehicle until 4:30. Another cool option would have been to have someone in place to take a picture of us while we rode across one of the bridges and give us the option to purchase the photo. Dylan told us they have a guy that did some drone videos for them recently. Using the same guy would be an easy way to provide this option. All in all, it was fun and I would recommend it to others.
