点评：I have been very surprised at the size of the site! there is so much to do and you will need several hours to properly immerse into the experience of life in the 1940s. But even if you only have couple of hours- whatever you pick to see or engage with - won't disappoint. We enjoyed the house (absolutely brilliant set up, especially the games and dress up room for kids), military museum with outstanding collection of items collected over the years. You can interact with so many items, touch and enjoy - which is so much better than the ordinary museums. Beautiful personal soldiers items on display and we have learnt a lot thanks to knowledgeable volunteers! afterwards we got taken to the London Blitz shelter by WWII jeep - bumpy and fun ride ! And then experienced what was it like to hide in the London underground and what people had to endure. Would love to come back again as we didnt get a chance to see the miniature railway, the cafe or Anderson shelter, yet. We would recommend for any ages for a lovely Sunday out
