Finally, today, the drivers arrived. They collected bags of clothes but told me they couldn’t take the cabinets due to 'a small damage.' It was extremely clear to me that they simply didn’t want to take them, especially since the van already looked full. To make matters worse, the staff on the phone were not helpful or polite. One woman even told me to 'just sell the cabinets' if I couldn’t accept the date she was offering.
