Could do better Hire Cars

点评：This was the fourth time we had hired from Island Car Hire and this was the most disappointing. We had booked on line and was given one of the same model cars that we have had previously, so we knew what they looked like, this time however it was not up to the standard of previous cars. On initial inspection it seemed okay but once on the road we realised that the car was missing a handle so that you could not adjust the seat, and when I tried to drive it in the dark I soon realised that the reversing light on the drivers side didn't work and the headlights were hardly on . It was nigh on dangerous driving in the badly lit roads. We only hired it for 3 days and upon returning it to the garage and explaining the issues, they couldn't have cared less. We will hire a car with another company net time.
