点评:It’s always frustrating when a plan doesn’t fall into place on holiday. We arrived to pick up our car at 9am and they said they didn’t have our car and to come back at noon. After calling the airport location and head office ourselves they also didn’t have our car and said the Muri location should have just given us any car to use. Eventually they told us a better car for $30 extra per day was available - we refused to pay extra for their mistake and they gave it to us anyways for the day but told us to bring it back for 10am the next day. When we came back again they said to just keep it because the original car still hadn’t turned up - this was frustrating because we would have much rather slept in and it felt like it was all for nothing. The car died 4 days later (Keeping in mind this was the more expensive car) and wouldn’t start. Pro tip: buy the local phone plan so you can call them after hours when it breaks down. They came and were true to their word when they said they’d be there in 30 mins - which we were really appreciative for. They jump started the battery and it ran alright but when we stopped at another resort for dinner an hour later we came back to the battery dead again. Eventually got it started and made it home. The morning after it was dead again. They came and replaced the entire battery and it worked great after that. We also noticed that they charged us 2 airport drop offs ($40 instead of the $20 it says online) and on our receipt they didn’t lower our total even tho we got the car 3 hours late and had to do that silly check back in with them the next day. We brought it to their attention and they did end up reversing the double airport charge but wouldn’t give us a discount for getting the car 3 hours late. Moral of the review: lovely, honest and fair people but the car wasn’t very reliable. Good customer service but break downs are the last thing you want to worry about on vacation.
