Awful, conned.

点评：To anyone who may be tempted by the seductive marketing to attend a celebration meal at this location, please seriously consider these words.
We as a group of six friends instantly agreed to book this Diwali celebration and were hugely looking forward to enjoying the evening although we had never been to this venue before.
However on entering the faded dead pub it was very clear that no attempt whatsoever had been made to decorate the space in any way, even very simply. We then entered the very dull conservatory/restaurant which did sport tea lights and a few small single flower heads along with a few petals in water on the tables and other surfaces. This display was utterly understated, disappointing and certainly did in no way say celebration. Sadly the food followed in the same level of missed opportunity. The first course yogurt sprinkled with oddments including pomegranate seeds was finished with some greasy small biscuits ……… well maybe an ok muse Bouche…..but not a serious starter. The main and final course was served as sized portions for three, at a push, not six!! Small bowls of plain rice, lentil, daal, along with a lamb cocktail sausage each and a skewer which resembled a sparse witches necklace of miniature pieces of veg and tiny pieces of paneer.. This was utterly and breathtakingly disappointing in the extreme and couldn’t be more unlike the marketing on their website and cost us ……….£234 ………. completely unbelievable and disastrously upsetting.
We regularly eat Indian foods from all areas of the country. This is the most disappointing and worst Indian meal we collectively ever eaten……. Awful !!!!!!!!!!!

我们经常吃来自全国各地的印度食品。这是我们吃过的最令人失望和最糟糕的印度餐……。太糟糕了！！！！！！！！！！
