点评:We visited Bleakholt today, my Mum who is really quite poorly requested it. We looked at the horses, the donkeys, took photos, saw a couple of members of staff, went to look at the goats the rabbits, then the dog section, we were half way round the dog section when a rather rude female member of staff asked could she help us? I said we were just looking, she said they were closed. I asked if we had to go she said yes as they need the time to calm the dogs down? I told her we had been there at least 3/4 of an hour and no one had told us it was closed. I asked her how are you supposed to know it’s closed. There is a big sign at the entrance was her reply. The woman in question could do with some customer service training, her attitude was appalling. Upon exit I looked for a sign to say it was closed, there is a sign with opening times on it but it wasn’t noticeable from the side I drove in by. Could I suggest a sign be put on the entrance to the car park that is visible stating it’s closed to the general public, as on telling friends about the visit told me the same thing had happened to them.
