点评：Do not go here. Absolute waste of time. I enquired about an older cat who had had a rough start to life. However was told I could only get a kitten due to my children’s ages. Fair enough. The time came to pick up the kitten. 30 mins later they brought in another kitten and told me she also needed a home. £200 later, I ended up going home with two kittens because I felt so guilty leaving behind the other. Upon arriving home, it was clear these kittens weren’t ready for a home. They were borderline feral. They were in my kitchen cupboards after a month, destroying all food we had. They were rooting through bins and bread bin. They were urinating and pooing everywhere. This wasn’t what I signed up for. So I took one back and decided to give the other a chance once she’d been spayed. From February to July I’ve had nothing but issues. They’ve ruined clothes, car seats, carpets, eaten multiple packs of food. Destroyed cupboards, smashed bowls etc. They would steal food from my children’s hands. the women in the cat department are rude beyond belief. So unhelpful and quite frankly disgusting. The way they talk down to you is vile. They promised me the £125 refund for the cat I didn’t originally go for. Upon arrival, they told me I could only have £50. This does not cover the cost of everything these cats have destroyed. I’ve been lied to and mislead massively. I will never put another penny into this ‘charity’. They won’t disclose the real reason these animals were returned. Their next owners will face the same issues and then go on to return, which lines the pockets of this charity. I’ve seen multiple reviews like mine. They really need to work on customer service skills because they don’t have an ounce of respect whatsoever. They also need to give the cat department a clean, it absolutely stinks and is SO messy. I will never ever return to this place. Stay well away!!!
