Inadequate packaging for online orders, resulting in damages to the cans

点评：This review is based off ordering from their website. Just as a notice for anyone considering ordering - the packaging of their products is inadequate, resulting in damaged cans upon arrival. They were just in a cardboard box, separated by other bits of cardboard, with room to move around in transit. All 4 of the cans I ordered had dents. This is made even worse by the fact shipping costs £7.95, so I’d expect something a bit more protective in terms of packaging.
I did email the company to address this issue but they didn’t do anything about it. I was informed that they have a notice about this and after searching for it on their website I eventually found it in the delivery information page - so a section that isn’t typically part of the ordering process.
I was really disappointed, especially considering this was purchased as a gift so I now have to gift dented beer cans. It’s a shame because the style of the labels are very cool and not easy to come across, just let down by the companies lack of consideration with parcel packaging in order to maintain the cans overall presentation.
