A great company, but rafting guide Sebastian ruined our experience

点评：This was our second rafting tour with Top Rafting. We came back because our first tour in 2023 was great. At that time everything was well organized, the guide (from Colombia) and the owner Peter were very friendly, and we had lots of fun.
However, this time, the experience was different for our family. The company is still doing a good job - but our rafting guide (Sebastian from Chile) was extremely unfriendly.
First, Sebstian complained that our son wasn't paddling hard enough - even though our son had a broken wrist and a visible cast and we had previously told the boss Peter that he couldn't paddle properly because of his injury. Then when the boat got stuck in one place, Sebastian complained that we weren't paddling properly and that's why we were stuck. Then our daughter was supposed to jump from a rock into the water. Sebastian shouted that she should jump - even though another raft was going directly underneath her at that moment. We shouted that she should wait, then he shouted that he would decide when she had to jump because he knew his way around. Luckily our daughter waited until there was no boat underneath her anymore. In the end, Sebastian was so annoyed that he didn't speak to us at all. He didn't even say goodbye to us.
As far as we saw, all the other guides from Top Rafting were friendly and helpful to their guests - and we had a friendly and helpful guide the first time. Sebastian is probably an exception. Try to avoid him - and you will probably have a nice day on the water.
