点评：We hired the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud 3 from Webb’s of Weybridge for our wedding day. One of the main reasons we chose them was the convenience of their location—just ten minutes from both our home and our venue.
The car itself was stunning and looked beautiful in photos. The interior was a little worn (as we’d seen during our viewing) and could have benefited from a light clean and polished windows, but this didn’t take away from the overall charm.
When we first viewed the car, we met Ron, who was experienced, friendly, and helpful in answering all our questions. On the day, my brother-in-law collected the car without any issues, and the return two days later was just as smooth. As expected, the car was a little challenging to drive, but it truly added something special to our wedding day.
The only area that fell short for us was communication. This seems to be echoed in other reviews, and I feel it’s particularly important given that most customers hire these cars for weddings. Clear and proactive communication would give couples the stress-free experience they’re looking for.
Overall, we were very happy with our choice. The car was a memorable part of our day, and with just a little improvement in communication, Webb’s of Weybridge could offer an even better service.
