点评:This UNESCO site is very impressive for me to visit about prehistorical stories, past business ( guano collection, swiflet’s nest collection ) , cavetology and nature enjoyment . Starting my day early from downtown Miri by self driving on AH150, or local coastside highway, I arrived the first one at the park HQ , then registered by mobilephone . Let begin my journey from crossing Niah river to the walking trail other side , walking on concrete path, wooden path passing through tropical rainforest for 2.5 km then I reached toilets and handicraft center (where drinks , snacks and souvenirs were available), finally first cave was trader cave , great cave , to end up at painted cave . The great cave was very dark in about 8-10 miute walk ( headlamp is recommended )the last part to reach the other muth of cave complex , to walk for 400 meters tp painted cave . It’s soking sweaty hot so another polo shirt to be changed is good too. After about 2-3 hours enjoying the cave/trail , I visited anthropological museum of Niah, before crossing back to the Park HQ.
