Dreadful phone response times, especially evenings

点评：The staff on reception are lovely, however there is often a queue when booking in or making an enquiry due to insufficient staff being on duty. Trying to book an activity by phone, especially in the evenings is appalling I tried this evening to book a class for later in the week and held on for 25 minutes, gave up and redialled, I have now been 35 minutes on hold and it’s 8.30pm, I can’t believe that there are constant queues at reception at this time in the evening, and surely if the phone was constantly ringing for that time someone on site would answer it? This is not the first time I have had these problems, generally in the evenings calls are not answered either at all or after a long wait - not good Places Leisure you really need to get the phone system sorted to give customers a better response time. I am now giving up on this phone call.
