Short ride, poor views, terrible service

点评：This is not worth the money. The views are not that great, which is what we did it for. It costs over 15USD for the round trip but the gondola broke and we were forced to take a bus down. I say forced, because they literally pushed me onto an overfull bus where I had to stand for half an hour. It was unsafe and cramped with poor ventilation. I am 67 years old and in good shape but I was feeling a little ill from the bus ride. When we finally got back down we went to get a partial refund since we couldn't use the gondola. They only gave us 500 tenge back (about $1) and when we complained about the terrible bus ride they told us to call the call center (!) We asked to speak to a manager but were told there wasn't one and then told we should call their lawyer! What for? We wanted to lodge our complaint with the manager (who was actually in the back office as we could tell) but the manager never showed their face. I would pass on this experience, it is over-priced and there is no customer service.
