A disappointing rip off.

点评：On boarding the old and scruffy boat with loose hand rails etc..we were greeted by very friendly staff, especially the bar man and the Austrian lady. However, everything changed once we got to our destination Formentera we were asked to leave the boat for 3 hours, although we were originally told we could stay on as my friend is disabled and has walking difficulties. We were told we would be going back on another boat which was already in the harbour, but they would not let us on until half an hour before departure. This made the 3 hours very long and difficult as we had limited money and couldn't walk far. Exactly half an hour before the return journey we walked up the ramp and waited at the top by the chain, another 15 minutes later a grumpy man seeing that my friend can only walk with a stick, made her walk all the way back down the ramp, saying "lets do things properly and start from the bottom". When at the bottom he checked are pass and we again walked up the ramp. What a pointless and rude exercise that was, for this reason I would NEVER use this company again.
We paid for a day trip Fermentera experience, which was not worth the money and the trip ended at Fermentera and we had to pay for a soft drink on the way back.
Waste of money and a disappointing trip for 114 euros each. We feel totally robbed.

我们花钱体验了Fermentera一日游，结果完全不值这个价，行程在Fermentera就结束了，回程还得花钱买一杯软饮。
每人114欧元，真是浪费钱，一次令人失望的旅行。我们感觉自己被彻底骗了。
