点评：Great park with children’s play area, cafe, toilets and plenty of space for everyone. It is just a shame that not everyone respects the park and others who use it.
The park management needs to improve the rules surrounding dogs in the park. There are some irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs off the lead when they have no recall. I was recently verbally abused by an old woman who was walking 4 dogs (2 off the lead) that she had no control over. One of the dogs ran at my toddler and was trying to get his food. This woman’s honest opinion was that her dog had the right to run at my child because ‘it’s a dog park’ and ‘dogs are allowed to be off their leads’. She felt she had the right to scream and swear at me because I disagreed. This is the mentality of some dog owners and the park management cannot leave it up to these people to make the responsible choice when in charge of their dogs. They need to act to ensure that this park is safe for everyone.
