点评：Khandagiri and Udayagiri Caves are located opposite each other, separated by a road, and both sites can be visited with a single ticket. The ticket counter is generally not very crowded, making entry quite convenient.
Since both hills are completely open areas, the heat can be intense, especially during the daytime. It is advisable to carry an umbrella or wear a cap and sunglasses while visiting. Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are also recommended, as there is a fair amount of climbing involved.
Compared to Udayagiri, Khandagiri does not have as many attractions apart from the Jain temple. Udayagiri is far more interesting, with its beautiful rock-cut caves and historical significance. Although there are some deeper jungle-like areas in Khandagiri that adventurous visitors may wish to explore, it may not be very suitable for families. Overall, Udayagiri offers the better sightseeing experience between the two.
