Everglades Swamp Tours的点评
点评：We were coming all the way from Hawai’i and trying to coordinate with our son’s work schedule here so I had several questions prior to our trip, and the female personnel who assisted me, was very patient and helpful. She offered to adjust the time if needed and thoroughly explained all of the details from directions to what to wear to what to expect. She was so friendly and professional and helped me to feel reassured that the money we paid would be for our ride or be refunded if we could not make it.
On the day of our ride, I had emailed a few more questions on our drive and was pleasantly surprised at the immediate responses. They responded as if we were texting.
There was a very large and clean restroom at that rest stop that we could use before and after. It’s air conditioned and extremely well maintained.
Our captain, Mike, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and drove our airboat with skill and precision. My son and I especially enjoyed the “Tokyo Drift” turns Mike did along the way. We got to see about a dozen alligators from the dock to our return up the river and several that came right up to the boat. One of the highlights was getting to see a large bunch of baby crocodiles and a couple of crocodile nests. The ride out in the Everglades is really something to remember. It was very solitary and a nice time to just kick back and feel the wind and relax. These bookings are private which is hard to find. This was a nice time for the three of us to spend together without feeling the bustle of being tourists. We had a wonderful time!
