点评:I think I've eaten here over a dozen times in the last year. I can see that they're working hard to do their best but the prices are starting to far exceed the quality of the dishes. The kitchen just isn't producing anything worth mentioning. I know, I know...nobody is really coming here for the food. It's all about the beer. But the beer seems to be slipping off the mark too. The mantra at C12 has always been adventurous with beer - but many offerings taste thin, overly sour...or simply underwhelming. As a Somme I would rate the current offerings from C12 low. Well below Driftwood, Ile Sauvage, Whistle Buoy, and way below Hoyne - who are crushing it right now. C12 might have a small batch that's really good but you can't even fill a growler from their mini brews unlike every other brewery that will sell you anything they can. If you're going to sell beer. Sell Beer!! I look forward to seeing C12 weather this low patch and create some companions to the stalwart Chromatic. A nod to the Mexican beer is deserved too.
