Poor Customer Service - beware!

点评：This place was recommended by a local guide, and talking to a young guy, l tried out an E-bike the evening before booking. I asked especially for a phone holder so l could see where l was going..
Following morning, no sign of Nick, just one gruff old bloke, l assume the owner. I asked for adjustments to be made that hadn’t been. Bolts needed tightening and there was NO phone holder - ‘all gone’ l was told ‘hold it in your hand’. Not best pleased, as l had asked specifically in advance to be told ‘no problem’.
Well, l came off my bike on a sharp bend due to gravel on the road and having to hold my mobile. Luckily not badly hurt, just grazed palm, but shorts were torn to shreds.
On my return l complained and was told it was all my fault ‘making Selfies’ (which l certainly hadn’t) and he laughed it off when l asked for a discount to buy a new pair of shorts and plasters etc. (which cost over €50) He eventually agreed to a discount of €5 - not much of a compensation, hence one star review.
This bike hire company obviously has no care for safety or compassion for the welfare of its clients. We are just seen as ‘dumb tourists’ ready to be fleeced.
I’m not saying that €40 for a day’s use of an E-bike was unreasonable, just the way the situation was handled. Reputation obviously mean nothing to these guys. 😢

这家自行车租赁公司显然不关心客户的安全，也不关心客户的福祉。我们只是被当成随时准备被宰的“愚蠢游客”。
我不是说一天40欧元的电动自行车使用费不合理，只是他们处理的方式有点不合理。名声对这些家伙来说显然毫无意义。😢
