Won't be returning to this lounge, waste of money

点评：We really did not like this lounge. The receptionist was quite rude, we booked the lounge from 6-8pm and was given a ticket with strict instructions to return it to the reception desk before 8pm and make sure we vacated the lounge by 8pm.
One bartender was working during out visit and there was always a long queue for drinks.
It was difficult finding seats as the lounge was very full, we did find seats but they were dirty and stained. There was an ill positions lamp between our two seats so we could not see each other when speaking so had to lean forward all the time.
The food choices were limited and many dishes had finished and not replenished during our visit.
This lounge is not relaxing or chilled, it is very busy and quite large. The lounge itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned and the service needs to be improved. We felt that this lounge was a waste of money and will not return. We use airport lounges at least 6 times a year and this was by far the worst that we have been in. This lounge is quite expensive compared to most other lounges and is not worth the money.
