Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow T2 Departures的点评
点评：It was super busy when I arrived at 18.30 on Sunday 1st June. Only a few available seats with bar stools. Not the most comfy but at least there were power outlets around me. It was noisy but getting quiet after 19.30
2 coffee machines, one near soft drinks station and the other one is behind buffet area. Spanish Chicken in Paprika Sauce and custard jelly were lovely. Chicken Tikka sandwiches, roast potatoes, brownies, Victoria cakes and latte were average.
I like the fact that there are can soft drinks in the chiller here. Not only from tap like No.1 Lounge. Staff were polite and attentive. Especially, Alex who clearing the tables and keep the dining area nice and tidy. He was hardworking, friendly and smiley. The barman was also welcoming (sorry I don't know his name).
F&B and staff were better than No.1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 2 but it was just too busy at Plaza Premium Lounge with noisy people. More relaxing atmosphere at No.1 Lounge.
P.S. I booked through Getyourguide. Only £33 for 3 hours.
