点评：We visited twice during our holiday and will definitely be back again next year. Vasilis and the team are incredibly welcoming and friendly and made our visits amazing. Usually wine tastings take 1 - 2 hours however we embraced the Greek approach and spent around 5 hours here on both occasions we visited.
The setting is idyllic and relaxing with stunning views and a covered outdoor seating area to help you keep cool in the summer sun. The team have thought of everything including large fans in the outside area to help combat high midday temperatures.
The wine is stunning thanks to the wine maker Kiki and her lovely team. Vasilis and the team put a lot of consideration into the pairings that are served with each wine course and they are delicious, locally produced foods. Vasilis is very thoughtful and checks for any allergies or intolerance. He made every effort to accomodate and requirements we had in the group.
Vasilis is very passionate about the wine and the olive oil and how best to enjoy both. He provides interesting and insightful information about each wine along with some interesting facts and perspectives about the island and it's history.
We loved it so much we came back a second time and brought the other adults in the family with us!
100% recommend visiting, just make sure you have a lift home arranged.
