点评：We went to see the Christmas display of the Santa Barbara Zoo Lights. If you live within an hour or so from the Santa Barbara zoo, I would say it’s definitely worth it to bring the family. There were many families with young children.
We spent about two hours wandering around and taking photos of the various lighted exhibits.
The zoo re-opens at 4:30 PM for this exhibit and closes at 8:30 PM, however by 8 PM all of the food stands and other stores except for the store at exit were closed and locked up before 8 PM.
All of the exhibits were well lit and pretty cool to see. There was one exhibit, the leopards, where they forgot to turn the lights on or something was wrong.
We have been to the zoo during non holiday time and it’s a great little zoo that you can spend a couple hours at and now includes an area for Australian animals that you can walk among.
If you visit the Santa Barbara area, it’s worth a couple hours to check out the zoo and especially during Christmas time.
