Such a unique experience in the Algarve!
SPA Salino的点评
点评：We visited SPA Salino during our trip to the Algarve and it was definitely one of the more unusual and memorable things we did. Floating in the incredibly salty water was such a strange but relaxing experience, and following it up with the mud treatment made it even more fun.
The whole setting is very natural and completely different from a conventional spa, which is part of the appeal. It was also a great change of pace after spending the previous days sightseeing and doing more active things.
Staff are friendly and outlines the entire spa experience from start to finish before you begin. You can do the entire experience or choose whether you want to do just the salt water / mud treatment. So it’s a customisable experience as well. We went around 3pm and the place started to get more busy from then onwards. There are 2 pools, and they’re not that big, so peak season could get crowded perhaps, but our visit was perfectly fine with 3 or 4 other groups involved. Cost for a couple will range around €35 total, and additional costs for renting the towel, buying souvenirs etc.
Parking is available upfront and free. I think the trickiest part is finding and making the turn into the narrow dirt road leading to the Spa itself. Google maps will be your friend, but reduce your speed as you approach the turn and look out for the Spa Salino sign / banner.
I’d recommend bringing swimwear you don’t mind getting muddy, sandals (appropriate footwear), a towel, water and giving yourself enough time to properly enjoy the experience rather than rushing through it. The lockers at the spa are free, so store your valuables and miscellaneous in there.
Really glad we included SPA Salino in our Algarve itinerary. If you’re looking for something a little different from the usual beaches, caves and tourist attractions, it’s well worth experiencing at least once!

停车场就在入口处且免费使用。我觉得最棘手的部分就是找到那条通往水疗中心的狭窄土路并顺利转弯。谷歌地图能帮上大忙，但在接近转弯处时请务必减速，同时留意“Spa Salino”的标识或横幅。
建议带上不怕弄脏的泳衣、合适的鞋子（如凉鞋）以及一条毛巾。记得带上水，并给自己充足的时间来好好享受这个过程，而不要匆匆忙忙地完成。水疗中心的储物柜是免费使用的，您可以把贵重物品和其他杂物存放在那里。
