点评：We booked a day boot narrow boat for group 10.. I found the ladies in the reception area to be VERY UNKIND and RUDE...we were barked at rather...
Also I had a broken ankle with crutches and there was a Toilet behind reception and I began to go and use it...and was TOLD NO..
I had to go outside to use the other one ..by both staff.. yet it was right there ..so happy to watch me hobble to outside toilets not ..KINDNESS NOT A BIT..
And then later on we were hurried out and sowm of our group were LOCKED IN THE CAR PARK...even though they new we were there...LIKE PROVING a point or something..as we took our time ..to get to our cars etc..huffy puffy.. madams..
these ladies so not good at all..mardy grumpy unhelpful..
