点评：I booked a one to one experience for my wife at the beginning of the year, it was for her 60th birthday, I spoke to Carole personally and was told how great it was going to be, this was a two hour session booked and paid for in January to be had a couple of months later as Carole was busy..... leading up to the event my wife and I were excited for this experience. ...on the day we arrived early in anticipation only to be told we had our times wrong....we hadn't.....red flag looming.... another guest experienced the same thing.... being polite we sat and waited as Carole and Talia cleared away from the previous session.....this was now running in to my wife's time that I paid for.... supposedly a one to one with Carole, forty minutes into the two hour session we eventually got to sit and look at a piece of clay....at that point I mentioned my wife wouldn't be getting her full time allocated as Carole had a class of approximately eight people to attend to as well.....so we were offered to extend the lesson.....we declined as we had a lunch appointment booked straight after from the original timing...so it was suggested from Carole we took a refund or possibly a rebooking....we took the refund....this in turn helped her as she was too far behind with her other guests.....we left feeling deflated and irritated at her incompetence to accommodate a simple booking for a two hour slot....yes we were given a refund.....Carole did offer a free session ....we declined... point is we both lost a day off work ... something that doesn't get offered to be paid for....so sorry to say I can't recommend this company.... simply spoilt our experience 100 percent 😖😖😖
