点评：My first visit after living in St. Louis for 5 years. I don't think I will go back. The show itself, Hairspray was amazing, but the overall experience was disappointing. The seats are very small, even my average size companion mentioned the issue. The signage from parking to entrance to seating was poor, we had no idea where we were going and the lack of directional signs were evident. The employees were rude, most acted like you were bothering them if you asked for help. And exiting the parking lot after the show was ridiculously painful. It was obvious they should have had police/security directing the exit lines. It took us 45 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. But the most disappointing thing was that the Artistic Director spoke before the show, and he went on & on and on. Does he always do that? They already started later than the 8:15p time, which is too late to begin with, but adding his rhetoric was unnecessary and delayed things even more. Even the great show didn't make up for the overall experience.
