Gorgeous Spa, Top-Tier Massage, Needs Better Front Desk Service

点评：I had a mostly great spa day at the Faena Hotel, and it may be the best spa I’ve visited in Miami Beach. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the experience began poorly—my initial call to inquire about treatments was never returned, and when I followed up two days later, I was finally able to speak with someone. There was also a frustrating issue around something typically included in the spa experience, but was unexpectedly restricted due to a holiday policy, which they informed me about the day before my scheduled treatment. After speaking with a supervisor, they made an exception and resolved it, but it added stress to what should’ve been a relaxing day.
Once past that, everything else was truly exceptional. The spa itself is stunning and immaculately maintained. And Shane, my masseuse, was phenomenal—easily one of the most skilled and intuitive massage therapists I’ve ever had. He was professional, present, and genuinely excellent. If you’re going to the Faena spa, I highly recommend requesting Shane.
