Dream Yacht Charter的点评
点评：Horrible experience. We did hire an older boat but never expected the troubles we had. We have chartered older boats before- but the difference was other companies maintain their boats. We have never experienced the lack of service or concern this base provided. The day we were to set off, we had to wait for them to do a major repair to the swim platform. It was frustrating when we should have been underway. We had some repairs needed mid-week and they never happened. They wanted us to backtrack and wait for them- again no consideration for the time we had to be enjoying the Bahamas and the money we had paid for our holiday,
Also the base itself- you have to pay to use any of the amenities (like the pool) by a daily pass, per person- even if you are only there for a couple of hours. You think with us having to wait for them to do a repair they would have made arrangements for our kids to swim. Very disappointing. Never again. No consideration, apology or anything.
That said, the Bahamas were spectacular. We will be back, just never with Dream Yacht Charter.
