The boat’s house batteries were faulty. Despite being at 100% at sunset, alarms would trigger by 3:00 AM every night. We had to run the generator throughout the night and most of the day just to maintain power, resulting in high fuel costs and constant noise. Upon our return, the ground crew admitted they were already aware of the battery issues before we left.
Poor Service Recovery:
When I brought these issues to customer service, they refused to acknowledge the failure. Their only 'solution' was a 5% discount on a future charter.
