点评：Went in this shop and was met by the most abrupt disgusting bad tempered lady Dark long hair mid 40,s employee. She has a severe attitude problem and should not be working around people . Will never visit your shop again and neither will family or friends.
In the UK, the law prohibits denying entry to a disabled person with an assistance dog to shops and other public places, but your rude emlloyee yelled at me infront of customers saying you cannot take your dog in there totally belittling me, instead of approaching me politely , causing me embarrasdement and distress. If i could give a minus score i would for customer satifaction and customer service . .this womans a disgrace
Be careful to all that have disabilities as this woman clearly is discriminstive . I really hope her employer sees this her shift was Tuesday afternoon on the 26th August 25
