点评：We were not advised by the employee who radioed the shuttle for us that we were to be standing outside in a very specific spot, so we waited just inside the door of the hotel to stay cool. The driver pulled up to the curb and immediately pulled away. We quickly called again, were advised to run across four lanes of traffic to catch the shuttle, and then hung up on. Obviously, we did not follow those instructions but did manage to quickly get across the street. As we approached the shuttle the driver began to drive away again, so we waved to ensure he would stop. He then began mocking us, flailing his arms about. We boarded and began screaming at us. I asked him to drive quietly but he continued to behave in a manic manner that was both disrespectful and concerning. He continued these antics until more guests boarded at the next stop. He then mocked us again in front of these guests. We tried multiple times to explain it was an honest mistake, but he was furious and unreasonable. He also said that people like us are why he ends up with bad reviews on Trip Advisor. He was so erratic that I worry this man may be dealing with a mental health issue and is unsafe to be driving. We chose to walk back.
The tour is fine, some cool stuff, but certainly not worth the harassment or the cost of an Uber.
