Gravely Slip and Slide Safety Issues

点评：We visited your slip and slide recently and were extremely disappointed by the lack of safety and supervision.
Despite the safety briefing given at the start, it was clear that very few people were following the rules and there appeared to be little or no enforcement by staff. We witnessed people going down the slide four at a time, people using surfboards together with double rings, individuals riding on their own, and one boy even standing up on five surfboards while going down the slide. At one point I witnessed a young boy go down the slide standing!!There were also people standing in the landing area while others were still coming down, creating a serious risk of collision.
Unfortunately, this lack of supervision resulted in injuries. My daughter badly injured her fingers broke all four of her nails all because a stupid man stood there and did not move she is now at home recovering, and my granddaughter also injured herself whilst going into my daughter she also broke her nail. Thankfully, their injuries were not even more serious, but it is only a matter of time before someone is badly hurt if things continue this way.
We did raise our concerns with staff on the day and received a refund, which we appreciated. However, that does not address the underlying safety issues.
I would not recommend this attraction to families with young children until safety is taken much more seriously. The rules need to be actively enforced, with staff monitoring the slide properly rather than simply giving a briefing that many people ignore. Something needs to change before a much more serious accident occurs.something else I noticed the staff at the top of the slide where very young have they got H&S safety training or even Life Guard training? I very much doubt it, there is clearly not enough staff and to top it off the water at the bottom of the slide is brown, would I want to be in that definitely not! Please don’t waste your money! The pictures I have attached happened all the time boys just not paying attention and then they would lay in the middle of the landing section!!!
