Traveling with a trailer/fifth wheel

点评：Typical of these campgrounds around Mt. Rainier, they're really set up for tent camping, so if you are traveling with a trailer keep that in mind. My whole review will be around using this campsite with a trailer/fifth wheel.
We have a 32'. The road getting to the campsites is narrow but passable. The sites are very wooded so even with all the shades pulled up in the trailer, it was still dark. Typical of state park campgrounds, this is dry camping. No electric, no water, no sewer, etc.. At every site you MUST park on the asphalt. *If your trailer/vehicle does not fit on the asphalt, you have to use one of the day site parking lots to leave your vehicle.* Had we known this, we would have backed the trailer up more. Each site does have a chock block, which could limit how far you can back up. The set-up of each campsite isn't trailer friendly, meaning the fire pit and picnic table were on the opposite side of the trailer door/awnings. The majority were like this. The bathrooms on site were clean (vault toilets and found one flushing). Garbage bins were located throughout the campsite. The camp hosts had firewood for sale. The majority of sites were level. If you are pulling a trailer over 28 feet, try for those sites listed as double (like 43/44). We had Verizon and service was limited (one to two bars by the weboost), without the boost, there was no service.
The location of the campground in relation to either Crystal Mountain or the White River entrance (North entrance) of Mt. Rainier was good. Crystal Mountain (gondola) is much closer than the White River entrance. It took less than 15 minutes to get to the Crystal Mountain turn off and ~25 minutes to get to the White River Entrance.
Overall, it's an ok option with a smaller trailer for being in the Mt. Rainier/Crystal Mountain area.
