Fabulous location we could see the outline of Blackpool tower through binoculars

点评：Visited today and have never seen such breathtaking views. We were able to see for miles.
Children will be worn out today as they had a fabulous time thinking of the history Romans, the original Castle on site what a look out.
We spent hours walking the gardens which are on tier levels. Enjoyed the cafeteria and refreshments and hiked up and down from the car park viewing the Chapel, restored buildings and reading around the historical location.
Our family are buying a yearly pass as dogs on leads are very welcome.
Brilliant as many children's events take place and we have joined all the pages including www.gwrychcastle.co.uk for information. Most weeks things are going on in and out of season.
Volunteers lead restoration and looking back at the devastated and vandalism it's terrible in modern times. Grade 1 Listed buildings and grounds, totally looted and destroyed and no council support even though listed.
A great job done by hardy Volunteers and we look forward to getting our local family involved. We love rugby and noted that Gwrych Castle sponsor local teams too including Abergele rugby team amongst many other good causes.
We have signed up to support the local hospice at St. Kentigerns and will be fundraising with Gwrych Castle towards this cause next month.
Well done to everyone involved.
