Very Disappointing – Paid for a Service We Didn't Receive

点评：We booked a birthday party for our daughter Anelis and were told the space could fit 25 children — it barely held 22. From the start, there was no party host present. The children were left unsupervised after the briefing video, and I had to organise them myself.
In the party room, the food was poorly presented. Pizza wasn’t cut, trays were unevenly distributed, no cutlery or cups were provided, and again, no staff helped. I had to step in to serve and manage everything.
The party host eventually appeared but was unhelpful and rude. Despite asking her to clean the tables for the cake, she disappeared. When she returned, she watched me clean and told me we had to leave the room soon — offering no support. The cake, which I asked to be kept in the fridge, wasn’t chilled at all.
We paid for a hosted party but received none of the service promised. It was stressful, poorly organised, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this venue.
