Lovely soft play

点评：We have membership here so come fairly often. It's a lovely soft play with lots of different areas; the baby room with the feeding cushions for breastfeeding mums is great, as is the projector room with games on the floor that the kids play with their feet.
The kids are safe, they can't go anywhere and attention to detail like soft covers on door frames and toddler toilet seats. Staff are lovely, especially Adam and Lochy, who have the patience of saints. The cafe has an okay selection and prices are good with the membership discount.
We're big fans but a couple of things would make this place perfect:
- better opening hours, closing at 2.30pm and having to leave at 11.30am at peak time is often impractical for parents with young children
- opening the main block of toilets more often, as the 2 single other toilets aren't enough (only 1 has a changer) and kids/babies don't wait. I can only guess this is so staff have less to clean between sessions or at the end of the day but it defeats the option of having them and leaves a facility sometimes with lots of little children and babies but only 1 changer and 1 single toilet
- a better selection of hot food maybe, or at least a fuller stock of the other things that they do have
