Frustration Over Gardens Aglow system Arrangements

点评：We have been members here for years. The Gardens Aglow tickets, which we already purchased as a membership package , went on sale. Members had one hour to arrange for the purchased tickets arrival time and buy more for families if they want. We were each online for over two hours and kept getting bumped off. TripAdvisor couldn’t upload the screen shot of their website which indicated a we sit time out for Host error . We were not been able to arrange tickets that day after multiple attempts.
This happened to us last year too. We finally were able to arrange tickets last year by phone. This year we called again and left a message. We have not heard back from the museum yet.
The museum staff and volunteers are lovely. The center additions are beautiful. But this is too frustrating to be limited to one hour when their digital systems are in adequate. So
