点评：On the whole the arrival and visitor experience is well organized. You follow the signs to parking, and there are uniformed staff directing you. Once at the parking lot there are clear signs directing you to the busses to the island and to the visitor center. You can just hop on the bus if you know what you are doing, the wait is very short, and the bus is not too crowded. If you don't know your way around you can go to the center, they have helpful staff here that can sell you tickets to the Abbaye. They don't sell a lot of refreshments though, perhaps because there are private businesses next door.
One thing that is not clear is where and how you pay for parking, you need to use the machines at the back of the center before you leave. Finally the washrooms need to be cleaned much more, they were not in a good shape.
